Durian is perishable. Overnight is the only way it reaches you in the condition it left us, so it is the only way we ship.

Overnight, always

Every order travels overnight, packed cold. We do not offer ground or economy shipping at any price — fruit that spends two or three days in a truck is not fruit we are willing to put our name on.

Free shipping

Overnight shipping is free on every order inside the United States. There is no minimum and no surcharge. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Processing time

We take one business day to process your order — selecting your fruit, packing it cold and handing it to the carrier. Your box then travels overnight, so most orders arrive two days after you place them.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday begin processing on the next business day.

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to PO boxes — the carrier needs a street address that can take a cold package overnight.

Tracking and delivery day

You will receive tracking by email the moment your box is on its way. Please make sure someone can bring it inside on the day it arrives: a cold package left out in the sun is the most common cause of a spoiled delivery, and it is the one thing we cannot control from our end.

Delays

Weather, carrier disruption and other events outside our control can move a delivery date. If we know your box is running late, we will email you.

If something goes wrong

If your fruit arrives damaged or spoiled, our 30-day guarantee covers it — send us photos and we will replace it or refund you. Questions before then go to corporate@durigold.com.
