Which variety should I choose?
Choose Musang King for rich, creamy flesh and a bold, bittersweet finish. Ri6 is sweet, soft and buttery.
Is shipping really included?
Yes. Overnight shipping is included with every box to all 50 states. We dispatch Monday–Thursday. Order before noon Pacific for same-day dispatch. Read the shipping policy.
Does my durian arrive frozen?
Your fruit is shipped frozen in an insulated box. Bring it inside and put it in your freezer as soon as it arrives. Each fruit is sealed separately, so you can thaw one at a time.
What if something is wrong with my fruit?
Our 30-day quality guarantee covers spoiled or damaged fruit. Send your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery. We replace or refund the affected fruit; no physical return is needed. Read the refund policy.
How many fruits are in a box?
Musang King comes in 8 lb (about 2 fruits), 12 lb (about 3), 16 lb (about 4–5), and 27 lb (about 6–7) boxes. Ri6 comes in a 24 lb box with approximately 4–6 fruits. Box weight includes husks and seeds, and fruit counts vary naturally.
How do I thaw and open durian?
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, following the instructions on your packaging. Use protective gloves or a folded towel to handle the sharp shell and open along the natural seams. Read the complete guide.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Call, text or email us as soon as possible with your order number. We can help before your order is dispatched. Once perishable fruit is on its way, it cannot be recalled. See the full terms.
