What does the box weight include?
The listed weight is whole-fruit weight, including the husk. It is not the weight of edible flesh. Fruit size varies, so the number of fruits in each box is approximate.

How do I keep and thaw my durian?
Keep it frozen until you're ready: sealed, it keeps 6 months in your freezer. Move it to the fridge the day before you plan to eat it, then let it soften on the counter before serving. Once thawed, don't refreeze.Full thaw guide
